Day 02

0900hrs. Discover the charms of this Riverine City established by Sir James Brooke, the first White Rajah of Sarawak. In the city center the buildings date back to the days of the White Rajahs. Old Chinese temples and colorful markets dot most every corner. Popular with locals as well as visitors is the mile long "waterfront" promenade. The shops along the Main Bazaar probably have the best collection of Bornean tribal carvings, handicrafts, antiques and souvenirs in the whole island of Borneo. A city of museums, the Sarawak museum completed in 1891, possibly is the best known. Kuching is clean and green.

Day 03

Following breakfast, meet at hotel and travel by road and river. You may learn from your guide and porters on how to survive in the jungle learning skills such as identifying the edible ferns, fruits and vegetation available in the jungle. Upon arrival at the camp, pack your belongings and hike to the boat jetty then proceed by longboat to Nanga Sumpa. Settle in at Borneo Adventure's jungle lodge. After dinner proceed to the longhouse across the river. Relax on the Ruai (common veranda) and spend time with the Iban people. Learn about their culture and enjoy some local rice wine.

Day 04

Following breakfast, hike the jungle trails along the river and continue by boat. Our destination is the scenic Enseluai Waterfall. Time to relax, swim, explore the rainforest and have lunch or try fishing Iban-style. Return to the lodge. Dinner is served in the lodge with local delicacies to enhance the meal. After dinner, visit to the longhouse. Woven blankets and handicrafts are available for display upon request and may be purchased directly from the longhouse people.

Day 05

0800hrs. Depart for Kuching. Then continue drive to Bako Village (35 minutes). From the village, take a 25-minute boat ride to the park. Bako is one of the best places in Sarawak to see wildlife in a natural surrounding. Check in at the park chalets. There will be hiking through jungle trails, sunsets, and swimming in the sea by secluded beaches.

Day 06

Return to Kuching; continue to Damai. Then visit the popular Sarawak Cultural Village house to most of the tribe found in Sarawak, see their culture and daily  lifestyle at the Cultural Village

Day 07

In the Morning take flight to Sandakan transit in Kota Kinabalu, check in then in the evening do the night walk in search of nocturnal wildlife.

Day 08

After breakfast depart for jetty to take a boat ride to Selingan Island. It takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour to the Island. Upon arrival, check into chalet and lunch at cafeteria, then free at own leisure e.g. swimming or snorkeling. After dinner, wait for rangers signal’s to see turtle laying eggs. Reburied and releasing the baby turtles. Overnight at chalet (Common or Attached Bathroom).

Day 09

Depart the Island in the morning, have a breakfast in Sandakan, visit the Sepilok Orang Utan again for the Morning Feeding at 10:00 feeding of Orang Utans. At this center, observe man’s closest relative “the Orang Utan” being rehabilitated to become wild in their natural habitat and experience a walk in the Tropical Lowland Dipterocarp Forest of Borneo. then after lunch depart for Sandakan Airport for your flight back to Kota Kinabalu, meet & greet upon arrival transfer to your hotel, free at own leisure in the afternoon.

Day 10

Journey to Poring Hot Spring and Mt Kinabalu National Park.  Upon arrival, explore the surrounding area. Activities you can do in Poring are trekking up to the CANOPY WALK, WATERFALL and etc... that provide you the opportunity to better appreciate the rainforest and chances to catch sight of the small mammals, reptiles and insects.  After finishing the trekking, take a dip in the Open air bath tubs filled with running sulfured water rising from the earth’s depth and soak in the self-mixed warm water which is believed to have therapeutic effect. Depart back to hotel and free at leisure for the evening.
